  About Gamma Lil Sis: Reinstated in 2009, the Gamma Lil Sis program was created to offer a unique opportunity to girls who wish to become part of a family and build close friendships with other girls (and the Gammas) without necessarily dedicating their time to a sorority. Each Gamma Lil Sis, after being given and accepting a bid, is placed in one of the six Gamma families who will act as a support system throughout college. Girls in the Gamma Lil Sis program have access to exclusive events and kickbacks, VIP admittance to larger events such as Gamma rush party, and an invitation to Gamma Installs in Las Vegas. The Lil Sis program is also a good opportunity to hold a leadership role, as Gamma Lil Sis has a separate planning cabinet led by girls in the program and overseen by the Gamma Lil Sis Rush Chair. Lil Sis Rush occurs once a year in the fall.
